MotoGP 2026 - Grande Premio de Portugal — Practice 1 is the opening free-practice session for the Portuguese round of the MotoGP World Championship at the Autódromo Internacional do Algarve in Portimão, Portugal. The session features premier-class riders and teams running setup, tyre and electronics tests on the undulating 4.692 km Algarve circuit, which is noted for its dramatic elevation changes and a mix of fast and slow corners. It provides the first on-track running that informs teams’ qualifying and race preparations for the Portuguese Grand Prix.
