Gift Certificates are subject to certain terms and conditions, including:

Gift Certificates issued by Imocom Hotels & Resorts may be used in conjunction with other Imocom gift certificates. They may only be accepted for goods and services at select Imocom Hotels & Resorts whom, at the time of redemption, are participants in this program. Gift Certificates can be used as payment for room nights and all products and services provided by the hotel (i.e. restaurants, bars, spas, gift shops, etc.) by registered or non-registered guests. As a registered guest, goods and services must be charged to the room and the Gift Certificate should be redeemed at the front desk at check-in or check-out. As a non-registered guest, the Gift Certificate should be redeemed at the time of purchase.
Gift Certificates are not valid for deposits, group reservations, group/meeting/catering functions, or advance purchase packages. Certificates may not be accepted at certain concessions/outlets within the participating hotel. Please confirm acceptance with the hotel prior to making a purchase.
Under no circumstances may Gift Certificates be wholly or partially exchanged for cash. If the value of the certificate(s) is less than the cost of the purchased services or products the bearer is required to pay the difference. If the value of the certificate(s) is more than the cost of the services or products the difference will be forfeited.
Gift Certificates may be supplemented by payment of cash, cheque, valid credit card or other payment options accepted by the resort. No credit or change will be given on unused portion of certificate. Gift certificates are non-refundable.
Gift Certificates are not redeemable for cash or other substitutions; not replaceable if lost, destroyed, stolen, or expired; and void if altered, photocopied, reproduced or if the stub is detached. Certificates will not be accepted beyond their validity date. Terms are void where prohibited by law. The use of certificates at certain destinations shall be subject to respective government approvals, regulations, restrictions and applicable taxes. Tax liability, if any, including disclosure, is the user's responsibility.
